Domino's Boneless Chicken Bites — Price, Sizes & Calories (October 2026)
Last updated October 2026

Breaded white-meat chicken pieces, baked until the coating firms up. Sauce them, dip them, or put them on a pizza — plenty of people do.
Example prices — verify at official checkout. Menu pricing is set independently by each franchise store and changes without notice.
Let's clear something up: boneless wings aren't wings. They're breaded chicken breast pieces, and the naming convention is a marketing decision that has annoyed purists for two decades. That said, they're popular for good reasons — no bones to work around, consistent size, all white meat, and they're easier to eat one-handed while doing something else.
The coating is what makes or breaks them. Baked rather than fried at most chain operations, the breading firms rather than shatters, giving you a texture closer to a good oven-baked nugget than a fried tender. Sauced versions soften further; unsauced with dips on the side keeps things firmer.
How to order them
Plain with two dips is the version we'd recommend for delivery. The coating survives the journey far better unsauced, and you get to vary the flavour across the portion rather than committing to one sauce for all of it.
If you're getting them sauced, buffalo and garlic parmesan are the two that hold up best. Sweeter sauces like barbecue tend to go tacky as they cool, which isn't ideal twenty minutes into a delivery.
The pizza topping trick
A genuinely good use for these: order a portion alongside a plain cheese pizza, then scatter them over a couple of slices with a drizzle of ranch. It's a homemade version of a chicken pizza, and it usually costs less than ordering the specialty version outright. Works especially well if you've got a group with different preferences — half the pizza stays plain.
Nutritionally, boneless bites sit lower in fat than bone-in wings but higher in carbohydrate thanks to the breading. Sodium is comparable. As a protein-forward side they're reasonable; as a meal on their own they're less balanced than they look.
